Career History
Joined Avon UK in 1996 in manufacturing, working in various roles culminating in processing quality assurance manager.
Moved into the marketing department in 2000 as head of campaign planning, during which time she was part of the team that launched Avon's first website.
Appointed vice-president customer service centre in 2005, she was responsible for contact centre, campaign support and order processing for UK and Ireland - a role that was expanded the following year to include returns, projects and internet.
Less than two years later she took on additional duties as executive director of business development.

Appointed country manager for Avon Ireland in January 2010.

Allyson says:
