Anyone can become an independent Avon sales Representative, and no experience or formal qualifications are required. The Avon brochure is used to sell to customers in their home, place of work, gym, pub or any other place where potential customers can be found. The Representatives build a pool of customers from among people they know, family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues and other networking and social opportunities. It is illegal for a promoter or participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.
