Questions and Answers for Representatives

Q. What is being offered?
A. To help you increase your sales all prices (other than the products on pages 74 and 75 in Brochure 2 have been reduced by 20%.

This means that where a product (other than a fixed discount product or one of the fragrances on pages 74 and 75) is advertised in Brochure 2 at €10 for example, it is now priced at €8 and can be ordered by you for just €5.17 but the customer will pay €8.

Q. How does this affect fixed discount products?
A. All products including fixed discount products (but excluding the products on pages 74 and 75) are reduced by 20%. Your discount on fixed discount products will also be reduced by 20% from the fixed discount amount stated in Hello Tomorrow. This means that if you order the Jamie Oliver Super Mum mug from page 140 (which was originally priced at €12 but becomes €9.60 once the 20% price reduction is applied) your fixed discount (which was €1.88 originally) will now be €1.51, meaning that you can order the mug at just €8.09 (once your normal discount is applied).

Q. What items are not included?
All items other than those items on pages 74 and 75 are included. The fragrances on pages 74 and 75 have been excluded as the Brochure 2 price already represents a substantial discount on the normal brochure price.

Q. Are Hello Tomorrow prices being reduced?
A. No, only products ordered from Brochure 2 are eligible for the 20% price reduction.

Q. Do you have enough stock to cover the extra customer orders?
A. Yes, we have secured extra stocks to ensure we do not run out. However, if any product is marked ‘while stocks last’ this remains then we cannot guarantee delivery.

Q. Is the value of my make-up voucher changing?
A. No, the voucher entitles your customers to €7.50 off make-up items across pages 36 – 45.
For example if they order the SuperShock Limited Edition Mascara from page 39 (which was original priced at €12.75 but becomes €10.20 once the 20% price reduction is applied) and they use their voucher then the price they pay will be €2.70. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price of €2.70.
Or if your customer orders the new Glimmerstick Eyeliner from page 39 (which was original priced €8.00 but becomes €6.40 once the 20% price reduction is applied), and they use their voucher then the product will be free. No credit will be given for the amount not used.
Or if your customer orders two of the new Glimmerstick Eyeliner, and they use their voucher then the first Eyeliner will be free but the second will be at the discounted price of €6.40. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price of €6.40.
Or if your customer orders both the SuperShock Limited Edition Mascara and the new Glimmerstick Eyeliner and they use their voucher then the €7.50 will be taken off the lower priced item, meaning that they will pay in total €10.20. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price of €10.20.
To ensure you receive the credit for any vouchers used you must add the voucher code 94896 to your order and ensure that any items ordered are ordered using the discounted price Brochure product number.

Q. Are you amending the targets for The Pin Challenge?
A. No, the target remains the same. We anticipate there being more achievers as your customer orders may increase as a result of the price reductions.

Q. Can I back-order?
A. Yes, you are able to back order Brochure 2 while selling Brochure 4.

Q. What changes are there to brochure offers?
A. The 20% price reduction is in addition to any brochure offer (other than the items on pages and 74 and 75  which are excluded from this offer). Please see below some examples of what the 20% price reduction means to different offers through the brochure.

1) Where there is a ‘save’ statement (i.e. save 50%) the percentage saved will increase so the price will be lower.
For example, if the brochure shows a product which is usually €15 for sale at 50% off (i.e. for sale at €7.50) it will now be reduced by a further 20% so the item will cost €6.00. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price.

2) Where a multi - buy is advertised, the final price will be reduced by 20%. For example, if the brochure says “Buy both for €8”, the €8 will be reduced by 20% meaning that the customer pays just €6.40 for both. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price. Or, for example, if the brochure says “Buy all six for €15”, the €15 will be reduced by 20% meaning that the customer pays just €12 for all six products.

3) Where there is a “buy two get one free” or similar offer advertised, the prices of the individual products in the offer will be reduced by 20% but the offer will not otherwise change. For example, if the brochure says, “buy two makeup products and get one free” and each of the products were originally €5 then three could have been purchased for €10. Once the 20% price reduction is applied all three products could be bought for €8. Your normal Representative discount will then be applied to the reduced price.

Q. What values will be used for calculating President Club spends?
A. The reduced price will be used to calculate your spend for President Club membership purposes.

Q. Does the customer work out the discount?
A. No the programme will calculate the discount and discounted prices will be printed on the invoice.

Q. Do I have to work out the discount?
A. No the programme will calculate the discount and discounted prices will be printed on the invoice.

Q. Do I put the discounted total on the front of the order form for the Distributor?
A. You will need to calculate an approximate figure for the front of the order form – you could use an on-line ready reckoner to help you with these calculations.

Q. Does the invoice to me show both the before discount and after discount price?
A. No the invoice will show the discounted price.

Q. What happens if the customer wants to return a product in a future campaign?
A. The billing programme will automatically calculate the discounted price and this will be the amount of the credit applied to your account.
